Application Process
Coatings are applied over primer (420G-703 is the recommended primer). Powders are applied electrostatically with hot-flocking for additional coats. Conventional air or HVLP spray guns can be used for water-based coatings. Cure temperatures range from 653° F - 775° F depending on the product used. See Fact Sheets for application information.
